Digitisation of the Henri Lacaze-Duthiers archives: dissemination of the second part! The BSU (Sorbonne University Library) is happy to be able to disseminate the entire Lacaze-Duthiers archives fonds, whose preservation is split between many institutions and which SorbonNum has virtually collated. A result of the collaboration with the Archives department of Académie des sciences, the Roscoff biological station and the Banyuls-sur-Mer oceanological observatory, after more than a year of reclassification, description, indexation and preparation work, the digitisation of this fonds of a unique scope offers a true history of science, particularly of marine zoology, through the out-of-the-ordinary journey of this professor, researcher, builder and marine stations director who was Lacaze-Duthiers. 1222 documents, i.e 26547 pages are now fully accessible and downloadable on SorbonNum.
